Project Life // Week 29 and Week 30
I started the page off with my date and week card but this time I used some paper from the Midnight Edition as the background. I have to admit I really love the graphic pop behind the week number. To the right of the date card I printed out a copy of the Turbo movie poster and inserted it in the pocket beside one of the Midnight Edition’s journaling cards. On the journaling card I documented our day at the movie.
The middle row contains 2 cards that I created using some striped paper from the Midnight Edition. I opened them in photoshop and cropped them down to 3×4 then I added the circles and text. These cards are anchored by 2 photos I snapped this week. One is a photo of the hummingbird that comes to visit us each day and the other is a photo of a floral arrangement I put together – everything from my yard!!!
The last row is dedicated to the big girl and her first day of Kindergarten!!!! Sheesh, where did these 5 years go?!?!
Lots of photos during Week 30. We have a young girl who lives across the street and Aubrey loves her. Nina has been Aubrey’s BFF, babysitter, and play buddy for years. She left for school last year and they haven’t had much time together since then but that all changed on Sunday when Nina came over and spent 5 hours braiding Aubrey’s hair!!!! Aubrey has seen the other girls at school wear their hair like this so I decided that I would give it a try. IT LOOKED AMAZING!!!! The last picture on the middle row was what it looked like when we took the braids out. That kid has amazing hair!
The top row is a photo of a rainbow I saw this week. I added the quote in photoshop and finished off this row with a Week in Review card.
The bottom row contains my date/week card and another 4×6 card I created in photoshop!
Between the weeks I included a 6×12 insert to document Aubrey’s time at Bible School.
That wraps up Weeks 29 and 30.
