Welcome to my Project Life Week 7.

This week we celebrated a clean house, snow and Valentine’s Day!

The corner of my living room has been the source of great stress for over a year.  The only time this corner makes sense is when we have a Christmas tree in it.  Finally this week I found a function for it.  I will post more details later but know that it was worth documenting!!

The middle row is all about celebrating the wonderful ideas on Pinterest and finally being at that point in our life when Aubrey gets to help with her class vday cards!!  I used a journaling card from Becky’s Cobalt Edition.

In the top right corner I saved a piece of the shipping label that was addressed to Aubrey.  I ordered this little pet shop almost 2 weeks ago and it arrived on Valentine’s Day.  She walked around all day so happy to have it and told everyone that the mailman gave her a valentine’s gift.  She later asked “Mom when are you going to give me my valentine gift.”  I had to explain to her that the toy was the gift from me but she totally wasn’t buying it.

Also this week we got snow!! To all you Northerners and Canadians reading this stop your laughing right now.  Yes we actually consider this snow in NC!!! It started to fall about lunch time and I promise the flakes were the size of half dollars!! It was so pretty and Aubrey begged and begged to go out and play.  It wasn’t until she took the styrofoam packaging from the bookcases that JoJo was putting together and made it “Snow” all over my stairs that I let her.  I figured this kid could use some outside time!  After about 15 minutes she grew really angry at how cold it was and demanded we go back inside.  We spent the rest of the day cuddled by the fire watching Disney.  I used my free facebook cards and a journaling card from the cobalt edition to document our “Snow” Day!
