Project Life // Week 15
I began my right side with my new favorite date cards. This week I used my “scratch” font to create the circles that are around the individual dates. The font can be found at dafont.com. I also added a free sheet from Miss Tina and added the week number to it.
Beside the date card I added a photo of me filling out tax forms. I took the photo into photoshop and added the text. Before anyone asks NO I did not do my taxes by hand (efile always) but I wanted a photo for my book. I am such a dork sometimes!
I dedicated the entire middle row to my yard and all the lovelies that are blooming there now. The first photo is one I snapped of my jasmine. I took it into photoshop and added some text ( my new favorite technique). The second photo is a closeup of the butterfly bush. The third is the most beautiful smelling flower EVER – Gardenia. The last spot I filled with a image I snagged from the amazing Vol. 25′s blog. If you have never seen her stuff prepare to be amazed!!
The bottom row were a couple of pics I snapped of Aubrey at my Grandmothers. She insisted on wearing her Tutu and when she jumped out of the car she began to dance around the yard screaming “I WANT TO DANCE”.
The left side of the page was dedicated to Easter. I loved these little squares and how all my photos fit perfectly in them. For the Happy Easter sign I just used my Easter Animals Collage and enlarged one of the squares.
