I wanted to take a moment to share with one of the projects I have been working.  Many of you know that I design collage sheets and scrapbooking supplies.  Some of you know I design blogs and websites and even fewer of you know that I design logos, brochures and other business essentials. Above is one of those logos that I designed!

Celeste, the brains behind the business, contacted me about a month ago in regards to designing a logo for business Metry Chick. Thanks to this beautiful thing called the internet I have known her for a couple of years now and I was so delighted that she would ask me to help her brand her company, a company that she puts her heart and soul into. She knew exactly what she was looking for and she explained it perfectly.  Within a week I had sent her 2 to 3 proofs and she had chosen the above logo.

She sent me a couple of pics of her booth with a printed sign.  How awesome does it look??

She included this little note:
“My friends an customers have told me time and again that the chick is soo ME!   The feather on the chest is a “C” for me and there are 3 feathers for my three kids ( well right now 2.5!). I work so many shows outside that my glasses are almost always glued to my face. “
