Welcome to week 12. This week was one of the easiest weeks that I have completed. I think I have finally developed a system but things change week to week so I will see more after the completion of a few more weeks.

Those stone floors that I am using as a backdrop – yeah those are my kitchen floors – AWESOME!!!!!

I started the left side off with a photo of the pizza that Aubrey and I made from SCRATCH this week.  I used one of Martha’s (Stewart, we are totally on first names) file stickers to jot a little note on the pic.

Directly to the right of the pizza I included my date card.  I am totally living on the wild side this week.  The date card usually goes in the first slot, but not this week.  I am such a rebel.  I used another one of Martha’s stickers to stamp the date and I used my iced cookie alphabet for the numbers.

In the bottom left corner I put a photo of my SUPER MESSY desk.  This photo pretty much sums up how my entire house looked this week. Right above that I used a free download print that I found on pinterest.  The quote makes me feel a little better about the mess.  Next to the print I took one of those really funny cards that are floating around pinterest and I used my iced cookie alpha to add TRUE STORY to it and before you ask YEAH that is totally a true story!

I finished the middle row off with a photo of my freshly planted mailbox.  I spent most of my weekend sprucing up my front yard and I paid for it the next few days.  That is why I decided to include my tweet about it.  I used my tweet card.

In the final photo slot I cut down some kraft paper and added a photo of Aubrey with the horn her daddy bought her on one of their date nights.  I wrote a little info about the night and then finished the card off using one of my Project 365 stamps.  I edited the middle of the stamp by removing 365 and adding “just the two of you”.  I then printed it on cardstock and punched it with a scallop punch.

The right side was super simple. I used a funny Keep Calm sign I found on pinterest because if you read the journaling under the sign you will see that I had a totally crappy day.  The journaling was taken straight from this post.  I then found this cute good day/bad day illustration via google images.  I added the orange arrows from my Clementine kit.

The other side of this page was a note that Aubrey’s Art Teacher sent home.  She was recapping their week, she told us about the book they were reading and she told us what they  were working on for the upcoming Art show.  This note made my day!!!!  At the bottom of the note I added a photo of the book they were reading in class.
