Project Life || Week 9
It is taking me longer than I want but I am slowly getting all my weeks posted.
Welcome to Week 9.
I started this week with a Becky Higgin’s Page Protector that holds (4) 4×6 photos and (1) 6×12. In the top right corner I used a 4×6 card from the Clementine collection and wrote the date on it.
In the 6×12 area I took a piece of notebook paper and printed out an email that Ms Johannah, Aubrey’s teacher, sent. The teachers take turns each week catching us up on what they are doing at school and I LOVE that I can include these in my PLife book!
In the bottom remaining spots I printed out a photo of my laptop that Aubrey spilled juice on and a photo of our new car. Before printing these photos out I took them into photoshop and used these brushes from Ali Edwards. I felt the saying goodbye and saying hello was the perfect touch. The journaling in the corner is just a note about how excited I was to finally get a 2nd car and how upset I was to lose my laptop!
I used a regular Project Life Page Protector for the right side – (4) 4×6 slots and (4) 3×4 slots.
In the top corner I used the stock card from the Clementine Collection. I am LOVING this kit and trust me when I say having these just waiting for me makes it so much easier, and faster, to put my weeks together.
To the right of the time card I placed an iPhone photo of our coffee cups. Aubrey and I had a little girl time at Starbucks and I was so happy that I did not forget to snap a photo, I usually do. Since the photo was about 3×4 in size I filled the remaining space with a journaling card and some journaling. The circle is from my Coffee Talk Digital Collage sheet. I just printed it and punched out the circle I wanted to use.
In the bottom right corner I added a photo of this sneaky little guy. When I get up in the mornings and take a shower he sneaks in and hides under the cover.
To the left of that and in the bottom left corner I added a photo of the cherry trees that started to bloom this week. I used one of the Clementine cards as a background.
The middle row is dedicated to my new diet. The first 2 spots are cards from my Diet and Weight Loss pack that you can get free this week just by signing up for MScrap’s newsletter.
The 3rd spot is a photo of my favorite new low calorie snack. Hot Cocoa made with hot water, it has all of 70 calories and really helps cure that afternoon sweet tooth I ALWAYS GET! I ended the row with another stock card from the Clementine Collection.
